- • Donations are the primary means of supporting the server's infrastructure, security, stability, ongoing development, and long-term continuity.
- • Donations are entirely voluntary and optional, and are not required for access to or participation in the server.
- • Making a donation does not grant administrative privileges or guarantee preferential treatment by the Staff.
- • All donations are non-refundable, regardless of reason, including regret, penalties applied to the player, account termination, or server changes.
- • Any chargeback, refund request, or payment dispute related to donations—through any payment platform—will result in a PERMANENT BAN, with no possibility of reversal.
- • By making a donation, the player confirms full awareness of and agreement with all terms outlined in this regulation.
