Server Rules

Mega Talisman staff reserves the right to stop destructive behaviour in the game and our social medias. Such behaviour includes, but is not limited to, the following offences:
 

1. Names
a) Name Containing Forbidden Advertising
Names that advertise brands, products or services of third parties, content which is not related to the game or trades for real money.
Punishment: Banishment permanently.

b) Name Supporting Rule Violation
Names that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Mega Talisman rules.
Punishment: Banishment permanently.

c) Name Impersonation
Names similar to the names of other players, used to impersonate as another player in order to take advantage or harm their reputation.
Punishment: Banishment permanently.


2. Statements
a) Spamming
Excessively repeating identical or similar statements or using badly formatted or nonsensical text.
Punishment: Banishment 1 day.

b) Supporting Rule Violation
Statements that support, incite, announce or imply a violation of the Mega Talisman Rules.
Punishment: Banishment 7 days.

c) Hostile towards us
Spreading false information or starting propaganda about the server which may cause a reduction of the server's population or harm the server's reputation. Attempting to take advantage of any part of our services by providing incorrect information to staff members. 
Punishment: Banishment permanently.

d) Hostile towards administration
It is strictly forbidden to offend, disrespect or treat inappropriately any member of the staff team. All staff members are here to help and ensure the smooth running of the community. Any form of offense, insult, intimidation or lack of respect for staff members will be considered a serious breach of the rules and may result in sanctions, including temporary suspension or permanent expulsion from the community.
Punishment: Banishment 15 days.


3. Cheating
a) Bug Abuse: Important Notice
The Mega Talisman team states that the use of bugs to gain any type of advantage in the game is strictly prohibited and will be handled with severity, regardless of the situation.

All bugs found must be immediately reported to the support team.
Any intentional use of bugs will be punished according to the severity of the action, as outlined below:

  • Minor bugs: A penalty of 30-day ban on the account involved.
  • Major bugs: A penalty of permanent ban on the account that exploited the bug.

    • No matter the impact or reason: bug abuse undermines the balance of the game and the experience of the entire community. There is zero tolerance for such practices.

    Help keep the game fair and balanced for everyone. If you find a bug, report it immediately to the official Mega Talisman support team.


    4. Legal Issues
    a) Account Trading, Sharing or Hacking.
    The Mega Talisman team would like to reinforce our policy regarding account buying, selling, trading, sharing, or hacking.

    The account is the sole responsibility of the player.
    Any practices involving the negotiation or sharing of accounts are strictly against our recommendations, and in case of issues such as loss of items, characters, or access, we will not take responsibility or intervene in resolving the matter.
    Why is this important?
    1. Security: Sharing or trading your account significantly increases the risk of fraud and unauthorized access.
    2. Irreversibility: Once your account access or information is shared with third parties, we cannot guarantee the integrity or full recovery of the account.
    3. Fair Play Policy: Our goal is to maintain a fair and secure environment for all players.
    Therefore, we emphasize:
    Never share your account, passwords, or engage in transactions with third parties. Your account's security starts with you!

    b) Advertising Accounts, Products, Items, or Services in the Game: Important Notice
    The Mega Talisman team emphasizes that advertising accounts, products, items, or services within the game is strictly prohibited.
    For this purpose, we provide the official Trade group on WhatsApp, which is the appropriate space for making deals and announcements with other players.

    Enforcement Rules:
    1. First violation: The player will receive a warning, emphasizing that the practice is not allowed.
    2. Second violation: The player will receive a 30-day ban.
    3. Third violation: All accounts associated with the player will be permanently banned.
