Server Rules

Please read and follow these rules carefully to ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone. Violation of these rules may result in penalties including warnings, temporary bans, or permanent account suspension.

⚔️ 1. General Conduct

  • • Respectful conduct is strictly required only toward the administrative team (Staff), including administrators, moderators, and any official representatives of the server.
  • • Offensive language, provocations, toxic behavior, verbal conflicts, and rivalries between players are permitted and are considered part of the competitive nature of the server.
  • • Any form of disrespect, offense, harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior directed toward the Staff, whether in public or private channels, is strictly prohibited and may result in a PERMANENT BAN.
  • • Attempts to discredit, provoke, harass, or undermine members of the Staff may result in penalties.
  • • The Staff reserves the right to intervene whenever a player's conduct directly affects the administration, stability, security, or proper functioning of the server.

🧙 2. Characters, Accounts, Items, and Services

  • • Each player is fully responsible for the security, usage, and access to their account.
  • • Account sharing, selling, or trading, as well as the sale or exchange of items and services between players, is permitted.
  • • The Staff bears no responsibility, under any circumstances, for losses, scams, fraud, errors, regrets, bugs, or any damages resulting from such transactions.
  • • All transactions are carried out entirely at the players' own risk.
  • • The Staff will not mediate, verify, investigate, or reverse any transactions.
  • • Impersonating Staff members or third parties, or using false identities, is strictly prohibited.

🛡️ 3. Bugs, Exploits, and System Abuses

  • • Any bug, exploit, malfunction, or abnormal system behavior must be reported to the Staff immediately upon discovery.
  • • Failure to report bugs, as well as the intentional use of exploits to gain advantages, will be considered a serious violation.
  • • Abuse of bugs, exploits, or system failures may result in severe penalties, including PERMANENT BAN.

🗡️ 4. PvP, Events, and Gameplay

  • • Players must comply with all PvP, event, and gameplay rules specific to the server.
  • • Anti-game practices, including abusive griefing, intentional disruption of gameplay, or exploitation of mechanics, are prohibited.
  • • Official events must be respected; unauthorized interference may result in penalties.
  • • Any action that compromises the integrity of gameplay may be subject to sanctions.

💬 5. Chat and Communication

  • • Spam, flood, or any form of unauthorized advertising is prohibited.
  • • The dissemination of illegal content is strictly forbidden.
  • • The promotion, advertisement, or mention of other games, servers, or similar projects is strictly prohibited. Such conduct is considered a serious offense and a direct insult to the server and its Staff, resulting in a PERMANENT BAN.
  • • The spread of false, misleading, defamatory, or harmful information that may damage the reputation, credibility, or popularity of the server is punishable, even if carried out through external platforms, third-party services, or non-official channels, provided authorship is verified, and may result in a PERMANENT BAN.
  • • Any behavior intended to discredit, discourage, or harm the public image of the server may result in administrative sanctions at the Staff's discretion, including a PERMANENT BAN.
  • • Questions, appeals, or requests related to punishments or administrative decisions must be submitted exclusively through the server's official communication channels, such as the official Discord or designated contact email addresses.

🧑‍⚖️ 6. Staff Authority and Penalties

  • • All Staff decisions are final and must be respected.
  • • Any attempt to deceive, threaten, coerce, bribe, or intimidate Staff members will result in severe penalties.
  • • Penalties may include, but are not limited to: warnings, communication restrictions, temporary sanctions, temporary bans, or PERMANENT BAN.
  • • Repeated violations may lead to escalated penalties.

📌 7. General Provisions

  • • Any action that compromises the integrity of the server, its administration, or the overall player experience may be punished, even if not explicitly listed in these rules.
  • • The Staff reserves full authority to interpret and enforce these rules on a case-by-case basis.
  • • The rules may be modified, updated, or removed at any time without prior notice.
  • • Continued use of the server after any changes implies automatic acceptance of the updated rules.

💎 8. Donations

  • • Donations are the primary means of supporting the server's infrastructure, security, stability, ongoing development, and long-term continuity.
  • • Donations are entirely voluntary and optional, and are not required for access to or participation in the server.
  • • Making a donation does not grant administrative privileges or guarantee preferential treatment by the Staff.
  • • All donations are non-refundable, regardless of reason, including regret, penalties applied to the player, account termination, or server changes.
  • • Any chargeback, refund request, or payment dispute related to donations—through any payment platform—will result in a PERMANENT BAN, with no possibility of reversal.
  • • By making a donation, the player confirms full awareness of and agreement with all terms outlined in this regulation.
